Raquel’s classes have a traditional Hatha feel that strengthens & lengthens the body and relaxes the mind. So most often you’ll find yourself doing a full Warrior sequence, moving your all joints through their range of motion...fingers and toes included, and ending with systematic relaxation (a combination of breathing and meditation techniques to bring balance and calmness to you as a practitioner). She’s best known for providing workshop-like cueing and encouragement (think proper alignment for your body), and providing modification options. Novice or experienced yogi would enjoy this practice.
