Shreya Pendyala
School of Social Work Student Therapist
she/her

Hi I’m Shreya! I’m a second-year Master of Social Work student at the University of Georgia, currently completing my practicum at Revolution Therapy and Yoga, under the supervision of Amanda Auchenpaugh. My passion lies in trauma-informed care, and I’ve focused my studies on understanding how trauma affects both the mind and body. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and paranoia, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where healing can unfold.
In addition to my clinical training, my hobbies include dance and yoga. I’m a certified Kathak teacher, yoga teacher, and sound bowl healer. I incorporate chakra healing into my sound bowl sessions, helping people restore energetic balance and deepen their connection to themselves. I believe in the transformative power of somatic practices to support emotional and psychological well-being, and I often integrate these modalities into my therapeutic approach.
Being part of a community that values accessibility, anti-oppression, and holistic healing is incredibly meaningful to me. I’m honored to walk alongside clients on their journey toward greater self-awareness, embodiment, and empowerment. You can email Amanda at amanda@shameless-sexuality.com to set up an appointment with me.
