Why is it that we are often culturally taught there will only be peace when we are away from our children, or our children are asleep?
How do we create space to let children be children without losing our grounded awareness of what is important at that moment?
Inspired by the helpful ideas of the Peace Filled Mama, Kelley Woods,
Kate Morrissey Stahl invites parents and other caregivers of all walks of life to come get support and practice focused awareness when relating
to each other as a family. This will be a very flexible and playful class, incorporating the idea that lots of different movements and
activities can be yoga when done with a focus on the breath.
