Katie Beall
Katie's classes aim to feel approachable, safe, and encouraging with a focus on developing classes that work for all levels of experience. Katie brings her professional training into the yoga practice by integrating themes of grounding, anxiety reduction, and visioning.

Katie is an licenced Master Social Worker whose professional focus is in the field of substance use, trauma, and mental health. She is RYT 200 with a focus on yoga therapy and trauma sensitivity.
Evening Yoga for Stress Reduction is a 60 minute Gentle Hatha Yoga Focusing on grounding poses to unwind from the day.
