This class is for all levels and abilities.  A chance to heal, restore, and connect.  We will be exploring our practice together in a fun, supportive, and playful environment.  We will be learning to align our practice with the cycles of nature, and developing an inner intuition, so we can be the change we wish to see in the world.  Come shine like the ray of light that you are!
